Partner Hubs

Thanks to our partner hubs, you can collect your equipment for free from a location closer to you, saving on delivery fees.

How it Works

Hubs are open every Tuesday from 10 am to 2 pm. Simply choose the hub nearest to you during checkout.

Hub Locations

We currently have hubs in:

  • South Glos Parent Carers, Poole Court, Poole Ct Dr, Yate, Bristol BS37 5PT

The full address of your selected hub will be included in your confirmation email after booking.

Returns

Items borrowed from a hub must be returned to the same hub at the end of your 4-week loan period. Returns take place on Tuesdays, just like your collection day.

Buffer Week

After your loan period ends, there is a buffer week for cleaning and repairs. During this week, items cannot be loaned or swapped.

Missed Collections

If you don’t collect your items between 10 am and 2 pm on your collection day:

  • The items will be returned to our Main Centre in Aust.
  • You won’t be able to borrow the same items for another 4 weeks.

Missed Drop-offs

If you don’t return your equipment to the hub by the end of your 4-week loan period, a late fee of £3 per day will apply. Additionally, you won’t be able to borrow any new items until the equipment is returned and the payment is settled.
