1. Register First

Before you can borrow items, you’ll need to register here. Once you’ve signed up, check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for an email to confirm your email address. You’ll need to complete this step before borrowing your first item.

2. Borrowing Basics

Here’s the lowdown on how borrowing works:

• Cost: It’s just £3 per item, but if you’re receiving Universal Credit, a waiver is available - just let us know.
• Limit: You can borrow up to 3 items at a time.

3. How to Reserve Your Equipment

It’s easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Browse & Choose
   Head to our collection, pick the items you would like, and pop them in your cart. (We're sorry we couldn't change this to Basket!)
2. Double-Check Your Dates
   At the top of your cart, confirm you’ve selected the correct date. Remember, items can only be delivered or collected from our Partner Hub on Tuesdays or collected from main centre on Wednesdays.
3. Choose Delivery or Collection
   Use the drop-down menu to select how you’d like to receive your items—delivery, collection from our Main Centre, or a partner hub. If you don’t see all the options, click ‘View Cart’ to unlock the full menu.
4. Proceed to Checkout
   Click ‘Checkout’, enter your home address, and follow the steps to complete your reservation.

4. Confirm Your Order

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the delivery or collection option you selected. Take a moment to review it carefully to make sure everything’s just right.

5. Order Cancellation

To cancel your reservation, please get in touch with the Gympanzees Lending Library team using the details provided below.
